Justin Schwab
Justin Schwab is the founder of CGCN Law, PLLC, a DC professional limited liability company. He served as Deputy General Counsel at the Environmental Protection Agency from 2017 through 2019.
He is an expert in the Clean Air Act and has extensive experience in the Toxic Substances Control Act, the Administrative Procedure Act, and many other environmental and administrative statutes and policies.
Prior to his service at EPA, Justin practiced law in BakerHostetler’s D.C. office. He clerked for the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the Utah Supreme Court, and has a law degree from Yale and a PhD. in Classics from Berkeley.
